  18. A1: cross-training with different kinds of activities, and planned rest days #prodchat
  19. #prodchat A1 I use an iPhone app with short, paced workouts I can do while watching TV. Not super intense, but pretty consistent.

  27. A2: Start with baby steps if it feels overwhelming. Small habits form a good foundation for nutrition & exercise. #prodchat

  31. #prodchat A2 I try to avoid combining ambitious goals with things I dislike. Ex: work out at night, not early, as I am not an early riser.
  32. A2 For nutrition, I’ve found food journaling helpful. I like using paper for this one too. #prodchat

  38. I read that calorie counting apps really help people lose weight. I’m bad about using one, though. #prodchat

  40. @nmhouston In my productive exercise years I kept a daily log of what I did. #prodchat
  41. I’ve used stickers on a wall calendar for yoga challenges– the analog version of that app @profkrg #prodchat
  42. @profkrg not sure what #prodchat is all about, but I use WeightWatchers online tracking helps me think fats, proteins, carbs, etc.
  43. @profkrg #prodchat Yeah, I really dislike running and anything that strains my neck (like squats with bar) bu elliptical is good.

  76. Sleep Cycle is an iPhone app. No other stuff necessary. You lay the phone near your pillow and it registers your movements. #prodchat

  86. learning about polyphasic sleep really helped me maximize quality sleep #prodchat
