#ProdChat – 02/18/2016 – Productivity Foundations – Sleep
On February 18, 2016, #ProdChat discussed the topic, “Productivity Foundations – Sleep” with Productivity Coach Natalie M. Houston. Sleep is such a foundation to all of our personal productivity and yet so many of us forfeit the opportunity 10X our productivity by compromising our sleep. In fact, in 2013, US Centers for Disease Control stated that sleep deprivation (with 48% of Americans reporting they don’t get enough sleep) was a public health epidemic!
