On June 1, 2016, #ProdChat discussed the topic, “Leadership Productivity Skill #1: Coaching” with our special guest, Michael Bungay Stanier, management coach and owner, Box of Crayons (@boxofcrayons)! Michael recently published his newest book, The Coaching Habit, and I invited him on the #ProdChat stream to discuss leadership, productivity, and coaching. As the first Canadian Coach of the Year, a bestselling author on doing your best work, and an all-around wealth of knowledge, this was a fantastic conversation well worth checking out, and Michael’s website which is full of great resources, blog and video posts, and his podcast!
